Black Russian

Over time and much experimentation, I, together with a number of like minded individuals, have decided that the Black Russian is actually an ideal after-dinner drink served with coffee. So is Amaretto on the rocks, given, but Black Russians are somehow more essentially wicked.

Ingredients

• 1 measure Kahlua
• 1 measure vodka
• A lot of ice

Into the shaker goes the booze and gets slammed around for a good long while - at least until your hands start to go numb. If you're tempted to substitute creme de cacao for the Kahlua, then you are just wrong in the head.
