Pineapple Salad
A nice number for barbecues or to serve with a tartlet starter.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- Small bulb Fennel, chopped
- 1 baby pineapple, cored and chopped
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- Juice ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Now for the difficult part. In a roomy bowl, mix everything together and serve.
