Sorbets

I'm a sucker for serving sorbet as a second course (the old fashioned sorbets below are good for this), but there's nothing nicer on a hot summer's day than finishing a meal on a light, fruity sorbet.

Old Fashioned Sorbets

• Strawberry Sorbet - Nice and Easy.
• Lemon Sorbet - As traditional as summer picnics.
• Melon Sorbet - As refreshing as a melon sorbet...
• Pear Sorbet - It's a bit naughty, this one...

Fancy Soft Southern Sorbets

• Mango Lime Sorbet - served on a bed of strawberry cream.
