By the time you've read through these and tried them out, you'll be officially a Master of Ten Word Arabic (M.twA).

If you're going to cook up some of the Middle Eastern recipes on this Wiki and have some freinds around for an Arabic theme night, then just learn a few of these words and repeat them, mumbling random concatenations of words and looking superior. This might not convince your guests you have suddenly become an expert on the Arab World, but it does have the not unamusing potential of having you sectioned under the Mental Health Act as the consequence of following my advice, which I have to admit does rather tickle me.
